Spiral Conveyors

Unlike other spiral conveyors, this spiral has no rotating cage and provides a positive driving force to the belt to produce a smooth and gentle way to move the product through a spiral track. It uses an open frame design structure, is less complicated in its operation, it is easier & quicker to erect, less costly to purchase & put into service, requires less maintenance and preserves the life of the conveyor belt by not abusing its design characteristics. The flexibility is built into its design. If building columns are restricting you, the open core design allows you to put it around the columns. Your condition can be specifically met for your application, such as retention time, production rates, tier space to suit your product and/or ceiling height. Conveyor widths are available from 18 to 54 inches in 1 inch increments and various belt types and surfaces. Or, if you prefer, tell us what size your product is, how long you want to retain it, and your production rates, and we will suggest several configurations to pick from. A belt washer is available to mechanically scrub the belt on both sides in steam or electrically heated tank.
