About Oshikiri

For over 50 years, Oshikiri Machinery Ltd. has been the leader in the
bakery equipment industry in Japan and the Far East. Oshikiri initially
marketed conventional horizontal and vertical dough mixers. As word
about Oshikiri quality and reliability spread, additional products such as
dividers, rounders, moulders, proofers and ingredient handling equipment
were introduced.
Through continuous research and development, superior design and
construction and outstanding machine performance, the Oshikiri name
spread throughout the baking industry. As our equipment proved itself,
we entered into several technical and marketing agreements with other
world class companies within the industry, and expanded our products
and services.
To better serve the U.S. customers, Oshikiri Corporation of America was
established in 1988 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The blending of proven
engineering expertise, a new modern plant and highly skilled regional
work force provided the opportunity to sell, design, manufacture,install and
service additional equipment to many of the largest bakeries in the United
States.
Oshikiri Corporation of America quickly evolved into an engineering,
manufacturing and parts/service center, not only for the United States,
but for all of North America, South America, Africa and portions of the
Near East.
Oshikiri Corporation of America has become one of the leading suppliers of bakery equipment fo the pizza industry, and several complete lines have been installed and are producing with the complete satisfaction of the customers.
Today, Oshikiri Corporation of America is a full product, full service facility
for customers around the world, and will continue to pay attention to the
details, whether it is a part, a complete machine, or an entire system for:
bread, rolls, sweet goods, frozen dough, tortillas, bagels, Hamburger buns, hot dog rolls, pita bread, and other types of grain products.

Engineering

With some of the world's finest bakery equipment engineers, Oshikiri
Corporation of America is extremely well suited to handle the most difficult
questions. Our sales application engineering staff will get right to the root of
the challenges that you believe may exist.
With many years of experience, and aided by Auto Cad 14, our design
engineers can quickly and accurately generate layouts and detailed machine
drawings to your specifications, and review them with you to make sure
that's what you want.
Oshikiri Engineers carefully review your specifications, take into account
any regulatory requirements, and produce clear, understandable drawings
to assure that quality is produced throughout the entire process of
manufacturing.
Our Manufacturing Engineering Group selects materials that meet or
exceed the specifications for the materials required to do the job,and reviews
the selected materials and processes with Quality Assurance personnel.

Manufacturing

With over 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space in (3) facilities, Oshikiri
has the capacity and capabilities to produce your equipment on time and
with the highest degree of quality that you require.
From our laser, plasma arc parts cutting department to our CNC machining
group, our automated parts retrieval system, and our bar code labor reporting
system, we can track where your equipment is at any time, and will provide
updated, current reports of status.
You don't need surprises when you have a schedule for installation, testing
and commissioning to meet; but if your planning changes, our flexible
manufacturing systems can adapt to these changes, and still provide you
with timely deliveries.

Parts, Service & Installation

With standard stock parts in inventory and many other parts available on
short notice, Oshikiri will consistently provide you with original Oshikiri
replacement parts the same day or next day. All it takes is a phone call
to our parts & service department, and they'll reference the part you need
and get it sent to you.
We also have highly trained field engineers and technicians who will quickly
get to your facility to install a part, a machine, or a complete system. There
are times when our field service people can simply talk you through a
problem over the phone and save you the time and the expense of service
calls.
